Derby Arts Festival Instrumental Competitions. St. John the Evangelist's Church from 29 Apr - 1 May at 9.30am to 8.30pm on 29th & 30th & 9.30am to 12:30pm on 1st. Admission - adult £4/session (morning or afternoon) or £6 all-day or £15 season ticket (all competitions), children £2/session, family ticket £12/session. See syllabus.

Festival Winners Concert presented by Derby Arts Festival. St. John the Evangelist's Church on 21 May at 7pm. Includes winners from all Derby Arts Festival competitions, admission by donations on the door, £5 is a suggested.
"Deceit, Desperation, Disguise" - Summer Concert presented by New Opera Company. A selection from Donizetti’s L’Elisir D’Amore together with other popular and operatic favourites.
